Theodore’s Story

The reason why we started…

Theodore was found one day outside of my apartment building. I had never seen a cat outside this place before, so when I saw him, I was quite shocked. He was laying in the smokey haze of the 300+ air quality. I had 25 minutes before I had to be at my day job. Being the cat lover that I am, I bent down and ‘tsk’ed him over, not expecting him to wander to me.

But to my surprise, he did.

Theodore was promptly scooped up and put into my car, where he liquid pooped everywhere. I called my friend, Kylie (the vice president!) and asked if she had any cat carriers, and to my luck, she did. Theo was dropped off at the Vet, my car was cleaned out, and I was only 10 minutes late to work!

Theodore has been mine ever since, and he has grown so much since the day I brought him home. He was once a flea riddled, covered-in-mats, dirty little kitty that was found outside, and now he’s thriving as the king of my house. Just as he was meant to be.

A sleeping orange and white cat curled up with eyes closed, resting its head on its front paws, close to a person's arm. In the background, a white door with a decorative hanging on the handle and a portion of a dark-patterned bag are visible.
